The staff is friendly and so are the neighbors. They also try to enforce covid safety protocols and the online rental payments, pickup delivery emails and maintenance request is also nice. There’s £8,000 up for grabs every month. The top three positions will win more than £1,000-£2,000. Sometimes Grosvenor will also include seats to special tournaments for the top leaderboard winners. 25/25 Online Day 1s – Play in their 25/25 series from home. Then head to one of their Grosvenor Casinos if you manage to make Day 2. Working as a Croupier for Grosvenor has been a good experience. The main problems working here are the nightshifts which result in a lack of a social life and the management are poor, the general manager wouldn't even know most of the staff if badges were removed.

Extremely pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of your representative Alex who demonstrated the chair for my mother yesterday. With severe back issues including spinal stenosis and an operation deemed too dangerous, especially at nearly 80 years of age, an alternative solution was needed to help improve her posture, blood flow and all-round comfort. Alex knew exactly what the problems were and more importantly the solutions with regard to the type of chair needed, and with an hour on the demo, while he took her measurements for a bespoke chair, her posture was better, her pain levels reduced and circulation improved. After 11 years of being pushed from one treatment to the next via doctors, none of which worked, we are immensely relieved to have found something which will give her both respite and more importantly improvement. The product is absolutely superb and nothing was too much trouble for Alex, he was kind and patient with our questions, had an innate understanding of the health problems and knew exactly what was required. Highly recommended on all counts.

Mutley19372020-11-11I would never recommend this facility. Elderly patients were left in hallways, male patients were allowed to shout and swear late at night. No fast response. Bed response times terrible -esp for toilet needs. Skilled is not a term I would use. The fact that an ombudsman had to be called by myself is enough. Both this and Brentwood deserve to be closed. Medicare is a rip off. A bill for $$$$ was presented for higher than a stay at the Ritz is outrageous! The mgt were conspicuous by their absence. I am/was a resident of this facility

unhappy relative32019-06-25staff did not do their job on several occasions. very unhappy about the care received here. cannot reach administrator because he is either out of the office, busy with payroll, on vacation these are the excuses I get. I would not recommend this facility.I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

nursemass2012-10-29Grosvenor Park is located in Salem, MA 5 minutes away from Northshore medical center and Beverly hospitals. I visit Grosvenor Park regularly to check on residents receiving extra care from our home health company. Grosvenor park provides skilled nursing services including Alzheimer's care. I can honestly say Grosvenor Park seem well maintained as compared to other skilled nursing facilities. Seniors rooms are kept clean regularly. Staff is available 24 hours to provide Alzheimer's care and other nursing services. So far, staff members have been friendly. Staff members only seem to interact with seniors while providing care. Just like many nursing homes, Grosvenor is understaffed, which is a common problem in many nursing homes in US. Balanced meals are served three times a day. Snacks are also provided. I would recommend Grosvenor Park to family members looking for facilities that can care for their loved ones with Alzheimer's.I visited this facility

StoopBaud2011-06-24Grosvenor Park is everything an assisted living residence should be. The building is magnificent and classy, yet has an attractive charm to it. The grounds are spacious and well-maintained, allowing residents ample opportunity to appreciate nature. The inside of the building is spotlessly maintained, and the rooms are well-sized. The food is above-average quality. The nurses and other employees are extremely helpful and friendly, yet professional. They handle their job extremely well, and leave no doubt as to the level of care my loved ones were entrusted to. Overall, I would recommend Grosvenor Park to anyone in search of a high-quality AL residence for themselves or a loved one.I am a friend or relative of resident
